Have high triglyceride levels and severe stomach pain affected your life journey?

You may qualify for a clinical study looking at how safe an investigational study drug is and whether it works for people with Severe Hypertriglyceridemia (SHTG) who are at high risk of Acute Pancreatitis.

Severe hypertriglyceridemia (SHTG) is a condition in which the level of triglycerides, or fats in the blood, is very high. Triglycerides are the most common type of fat in the human body. They come from food, such as butter and oil, but also from when a person eats more calories than they need.

SHTG can lead to the pancreas becoming quickly swollen. When the pancreas becomes swollen and causes severe stomach pain, this is called acute pancreatitis (AP).

About the Study

This clinical study is looking at how safe an investigational study drug is and whether it works for people with SHTG who are at high risk of AP.

The study is looking to see if the study drug reduces:

• the risk of AP
• the level of triglycerides in the blood
• how often you have belly pain
